NOTICES OF MOTION

Please be reminded that the 2005 Conference (2006 Yearbook, page 72) resolved that with effect from the next Conference in 2007, Notices of Motion should be in the hands of the Executive Secretary no less than four weeks before the opening of Conference and that only Notices of Motion will only be accepted from the floor of Conference if they relate to issues that have arisen subsequently or arise directly from the business of Conference. This also applies to memorials to conference.

For further information, please contact your Bishop or my office.

Let us set aside the Sunday, 11 September 2011, to pray for the Conference.

Every blessing

Your servant always
