Please make a list of all the organisations, units you are a member of in The Methodist Church of Southern Africa.

Please list any roles that you play within the Society, Circuit, District or Connexion ie. Local Preacher, Leader, Circuit Steward etc.

Please select if you will be responsible for loading of content onto the website for a society, circuit, district, unit, organisation etc.

Please make a complete list of the content you will be responsible for loading and whether you will require any training on Drupal.

If you are a minister in a local society please select this box if you would like to have a one page website which is linked to the connexional website with the same look and feel for free. Your web address would be yoursociety.methchurch.org.za. You will be able to update and capture your own content on the page within the boundaries placed by the overall MCSA site.

Please make a list of any external links you would like us to add to the website, including a brief description. ie. Individual Societies that have their own web page, good ministry resources.
